Twila is Certified by the International Institute of Reflexology and a member of the International Reflexology Association.
Reflexology involves applying pressure to specific areas on the feet and hands, which correspond to all the organs, glands and systems of the body. The treatment is used to stimulate circulation, reduce stress, and promote relaxation.
