Directions to Ephrata office:

From Rt. 322 East/Main St. - Turn Left onto Washington Ave. after crossing State St and before the Ephrata Main Theatre. Office is 1 and 1/2 blocks on right. It is a white building with black shutters. You will see the L & E Massage sign out front and there is a side entrance on the right side of the building.

From Rt. 322 West/Main St. - Turn Right on to Washington Ave. after passing the Ephrata Main Theatre and before reaching State St. Office is 1 and 1/2 blocks on right. It is a white building with black shutters. You will see the L & E Massage sign out front and there is a side entrance on the right side of the building.

Parking at Ephrata office:

You may park on either side of Washington Ave. in front of the office or in either of the two lots on Locust Ave., which are within 1 block. There is also handicapped parking available in the rear of the building. Please let your therapist know if you will need to use this space when you schedule your appointment.

From Lancaster and points South - Take Rt. 272 North/Oregon Pike. Turn Right onto Olde Hickory Rd. at the light. If you reach Universal Fitness or Landis Valley Rd., you went too far. Turn Left into Village Square shopping center. We are located in the center of the building. Look for the door marked 719 and go to the second floor. We are the first door on your right-Suite A.

From Brownstown and points North - Take Rt. 272 South/Oregon Pike. After passing Landis Valley Rd. and Universal Fitness, turn Left at Light onto Olde Hickory Rd. Turn Left into Village Square shopping center. We are located in the center of the building. Look for the door marked 719 and go to the second floor. We are the first door on your right-Suite A.
